Fundación Brillas and Lab4U continue their educational impact in Colombia during 2024

This year, Fundación Brillas and Lab4U continued, for the second year, fulfilling their educational mission in the communities of Villavicencio and Pachaquiaro, Colombia, impacting more than 200 students from the INEM Luis López de Mesa and the Institución Educativa Santa Teresa, respectively.
The Experiment in Your School program places technology at the center of learning, using innovative tools to teach science in a practical and engaging way. By integrating educational technologies, Lab4U provides students with the opportunity to explore scientific concepts through dynamic experiences that connect physics, biology, and other sciences with their daily lives. This approach not only reinforces their understanding but also sparks real curiosity, encouraging them to delve deeper into the world of science and imagine a future full of new academic and professional possibilities.
The impact of this program goes beyond teaching. With this effort, we are helping to close educational gaps by bringing accessible, relevant, and technology-backed scientific education to young communities. We don’t just teach science; we cultivate values such as critical thinking and curiosity, as well as essential digital skills for the future of work.
